Inceptor Bio to Present IB-T101 and OUTLAST™ Platform at ASCO 2025

Morrisville, NC – Inceptor Bio, a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering next-generation cell therapies to cure cancer, announced today that it will present an update on IB-T101, its lead CAR-T program targeting CD70, at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting.

IB-T101 is an autologous CAR-T therapy developed for patients with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). The program is powered by OUTLAST™, Inceptor’s proprietary platform designed to enhance T cell persistence and performance in the solid tumor microenvironment.

The ASCO poster will highlight key preclinical data supporting the mechanism of action for IB-T101, along with details of the ongoing Phase 1 trial evaluating its safety and feasibility in patients with CD70-positive ccRCC.
