Our Lead Program: IB-T101
IB-T101 is the first product based on the OUTLASTTM platform for the treatment of clear cell Renal Cell Carcinoma (ccRCC).
IB-T101 is an autologous CAR-T targeting CD70, which is highly expressed on ccRCC.
IB-T101 demonstrated superior preclinical efficacy in an aggressive RCC tumor model. Even at low CAR-T doses and after tumor re-challenge, IB-T101 significantly outperformed conventional CAR-T cells. OUTLASTTM CAR-T cells exhibited higher activation levels and greater resistance to exhaustion – critical attributes for improved durability and effectiveness in solid tumors.
IB-T101: Actively Enrolling Patients in 2025
We have partnered with GRIT Bio for an Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) in China. Inceptor retains ex-China rights to IB-T101.
IB-T101 has been cleared to enroll patients, and we anticipate dosing 12 patients in 2025, with a interim read-out by mid-2025.
We believe that IB-T101 has a clear path to best-in-class CD70 CAR-T therapy, as other approaches have yet to reach a 30% ORR or better.
