Morrisville, NC — Inceptor Bio, a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering next-generation cell therapies to cure cancer, announced today that it will present on IB-T101, its lead CAR-T program targeting CD70, at the 2025 Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) Annual Meeting.
IB-T101 is an autologous, OUTLAST™-conditioned CAR-T therapy developed for patients with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). OUTLAST™-reprogrammed T cells exhibit enhanced persistence, metabolic fitness, and resistance to exhaustion – key attributes required for durable responses in solid tumors.
The SITC 2025 poster will highlight data demonstrating that IB-T101 CAR-T cells show superior persistence and anti-tumor activity in preclinical models of ccRCC compared to conventional CAR-T cells, as well as details of the ongoing Phase 1 first-in-human clinical trial evaluating IB-T101 in patients with CD70-positive ccRCC.

“This presentation represents another important milestone for IB-T101 and the OUTLAST™ platform,” said Matthias Schroff, PhD, CEO of Inceptor Bio. “We’ve built this program to address one of the central challenges in solid tumors – enabling T cells to persist and perform in hostile environments. OUTLAST™ gives us the foundation to do that, and we’re excited to share our progress with the immunotherapy community at SITC 2025.”
